About coaching
I have used coaching twice during my professional career.
In both cases it resulted from the need for my career development support.
Coaching turned out to be a very good formula for me giving me both possibility to develop and better use my potential.
I liked having strong support but at the same time being able to decide and take responsibility.
Today, being the certified coach of ICC I encourage others to use coaching.
